We are Chartered Surveyors whom specialise in Rating Valuation and we are regulated by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Simon Moffatt, Stephen Hill and Roderick Bisset formed the practice in 1997 and between us we have over 50 years of highly successful practice in negotiating reductions in our clients rates liabilities.
Our work is not limited to simply appealing Rateable Values. Our vast experience and in-depth knowledge enables us to use a number of initiatives to secure lower rate liabilities for our clients.
Unlike many of our competitors we operate on a “no savings – no fee” principle, so there are no last minute catches asking for survey fees or administration fees.
