Burgess Hill industrial appeals on 2010 Rating List
Many large factories, warehouses and workshops in Burgess Hill, W Sussex have seen increases in their Rateable Values when the 2010 rating List is compared to the 2005 List. The lead case was taken by Alexander Rose Ltd of Victoria Road, Burgess Hill and in October 2011 Roderick Bisset of our Crawley office presented a compelling case to the Valuation Tribunal Service asking them to confirm that there had been no growth in value between the 2005 and the 2010 Rating Lists. The decision of the Tribunal confirmed the appeal grounds saving the Ratepayer 13% in Rateable Value.
